1. What phones do you support?
We support 99% of every new phone model on the market, including all popular Samsung and iPhones
2. Do I have to send my phone in?
Yes, your phone needs to be mailed to us. The phone will be disassembled to extract the data from it.
3. Do I have to know the password (if any) on the device?
Yes, we can not extract data where the password is not supplied.
4. What if my phone was dropped in water?
Currently we do not support water damaged phones, only phones with broken displays.
5. How do I receive my data?
We will e-mail your data back to you unless you opt for a USB flash drive on checkout.
6. How long does the process take?
Once we receive the device, we typically need 1 to 2 business days to recover the data. Add an additional 2-3 days for return shipping.
7. Who will have access to my information?
None of your data is stored on our servers. We directly transfer it from your phone to a USB drive or to a cloud storage which is sent to you and is automatically deleted afterwards. All employees have been background screened and are under 24 hour surveillance.
